What is blow molding?
A manufacturing process used to create hollow objects made of plastic. It involves heating plastic so that air can force the warm plastic into the shape of a mold cavity.
What is the difference between injection blow molding and extrusion blow molding?
Extrusion blow molding involves extruding melted plastic into a mold to create a hollow object.
Injection blow molding involves injecting melted plastic into a mold to form a solid plastic part.
What types of products can you manufacture?

What materials can I choose from?

What is PCR?
PCR, or post-consumer resin, is plastic that is cleaned and turned into pellets to be used again.
What are the benefits of using PCR?
Reprocessing plastics reduces plastic waste that could otherwise end up in landfills.
Are there any challenges to using PCR?
The use of PCR may result in minor color imperfections. This may impact the look of a product but it does not affect product function.
What can PCR be used for?
PCR can be mixed in and used in combination with other plastic types for a varity of different applications. It is often used for containers in the health & beauty industry.
